I have a great interest in humanity. The two books that most influenced who I am today are Autobiography of a Yogi by Yogananda, and In Search of the Miraculous by P.D. Ouspensky. It is still the combination of those principals that move me, the “meditation in action” state of mind. Today the question that disquiets me is how can one person effect change? I've found hope in a book that is anything but simple, as the title misleads. In "Feeding People is Easy," Colin Tudge presents a renaissance approach to food that is global as well as individual and can in the end correct the present mess we currently find ourselves in as a people on this planet. Let's get our heads out of the sand, acknowlege the mess, then transform ourselves through positive works as found in "Feeding People is Easy."
